Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. This works on Notion's free plan.
Is this US-specific?
The quarterly tax dates reference US deadlines, but the template is fully usable globally. The tax reserve % is adjustable.
Can I use this for multiple businesses?
Yes. Use the Income Source and Client fields to separate income streams, or duplicate the entire workspace to track separate businesses.
Does this work for non-USD currencies?
Yes. The Currency field supports USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, and AUD. Dashboard totals don't convert between currencies, so keep entries in one currency for accurate totals.
What's the refund policy?
